Company History & Capabilities
CM Construction was formed in 2011 to provide exceptional excavation and material hauling services in Oklahoma. CM Transportation was opened in 2018 to compliment CM Construction and to provide hotshot services inside and outside of Oklahoma.

Together, our capabilities include all aspects of dirt work, material hauling and hotshot trucking, with employees experienced in each area... everything required to successfully execute residential, commercial and industrial contracts.
Casey Morgan is the founder of C Morgan Construction L.L.C. dba. CM Construction. Casey grew up in the buisness as his family has operated a successful construction company for the past 30 years. He has performed at every level, from working in the field, to managing all of the business' contracts and functions.

Kathryn Morgan graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science in Education and taught 3rd grade until 2015 when her first child was born. After the birth of her second, she began looking into starting a business of her own that would leverage and enhance her husband's endeavors. CM Transportation L.L.C., a 100% Choctaw woman owned business, is the fulfillment of that vision.
